Brief History
Lavaar Atelier is a contemporary Out-Of-The-Box indigenous practice in Nigeria; we are a team of Architects, Engineers, Project Developers & Property Managers with competence in Planning, Real Estate Development & Sales, Hospitality Projects Development, and Architecture. We work as an integrated design team; from Research to concept, feasibility, planning, Design & Architecture, Engineering, costing & sales, so as to cover all possible ends of the project development process. We have a qualified team of professionals with professional affiliations including the Nigerian Institute of Architects, NIA; Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, ARCON; Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN. We are also members of the United States Green Building Council, USGBC

Our Operations are done within a flexible frame work and as such we can work anywhere and at anytime using modern tools. We provide services for Individual clients, Real Estate Developers, other Architecture firms, Construction Companies, Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations.

We operate an Integrated Design on almost all our projects and clearly understand the peculiarity of our Local environment as such making designs more effective thus saving considerable amount of time.

The project Development unit is the core of Lavaar Atelier as we initiate ideas and commit resources to the success of the projects, from research to project feasibility, planning and seeking winning collaborations in order to achieve our set goals. From Concept through Design to implementation of construction projects and post occupancy evaluation we ensure that the projects are completed efficiently, on time and managed adequately there after.
