Located at 23, Sanusi Fafunwa Street, SideWalk seeks to bring an afrocentric ambiance into the Victoria Island Corridor, A light structure in itself, framed by galvanized steel cladded with bamboo, rafia and well polished timber, it could very well be mistaken for a village setting. However within the main building we have an ultra modern karaoke lounge, a large kitchen, managers office, a store, staff lounge and external rest rooms for the outdoor users.
Surrounded by more contemporary architecture pieces using Aluminium cladding, glass, cement blocks, etc SideWalk was primarily built with the concept of having a more local approach thereby softening the already hard environment. It is a place where individuals can relax after a hard days work instead of facing daunting traffic.
The Menu is primarily African finger foods as well as drinks from all over the world. Our Client described it as a modern “beer parlour” located in the heart of Victoria business – SideWalk is paradoxical and upbeat.
It is bounded closely by Offices, old residences, other lounges; other attractions include, Eko Hotel & Suites, Eko Towers 1 & 2, Zenith Bank HQ & other numerous banks and financial institutions, Lagos Chamber of Commerce, Kings College Lagos, Eleganza Towers, etc
SideWalk was done in collaboration with GOTH Real Estate and a Team of other specialists, artists, suppliers & local fabricators, carpenters and craftsmen.
